Bannister Engineering provided services for civil engineering, platting, landscape architecture, surveying, and MEP design for a 6.038 acre site which included a two story, 40,000 square foot medical office building. Bannister coordinated with a stormwater management vendor to design a 33,263 cubic foot underground detention facility for the site. The MEP design consisted of services for the shell building as well as five medical office tenant spaces. Bannister worked closely with the architect and structural engineer to coordinate the duct work clearances and routing for 165 tons of cooling. Careful consideration was given to the landscape design to preserve a heritage tree and use it as a focal point in a pedestrian mobility area.
