Bannister Engineering provided topographic survey, platting, civil engineering, a drainage study, landscape architecture, irrigation design, lift station design, aid in routing and acquisition of offsite force main route,  lift station structural design, construction staking, construction phase services, lift station electrical design, and master planning and design of a 5.75 acre park with nature trails, swimming pool and amenity center for a single family residential subdivision consisting of approximately 60 acres with 246 lots. Some unique challenges for this site included analyzing and designing around the adjacent floodplain as well as the unique design and permitting of the lift station and force main to serve the sanitary sewer basin. Due to the unique topography of the site, BELLC prepared a comprehensive civil design of the entire property, then split the design into phases to ensure seamless construction when each phase is developed.
