Bannister Engineering has been a long-time team member with Panda Express serving as their civil engineer and landscape architect on over 100 Panda Express Restaurants mostly across Texas but also in several other states as well. Bannister has been a part of the Panda Express program for over 10 years and we greatly value our partnership with the Panda Development family. Bannister does not simply provide the Panda team with design services. We are their partner through the permitting process and work through countless hurdles with the Architectural and Panda Development team in a variety of municipalities; all of them with different processes and protocols required to obtain construction or building permits. Bannister is involved with the development process with Panda from the initial due diligence of a potential location through the final construction process.
