Bannister Engineering performed site civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for a new elementary school and agricultural science center for Mansfield ISD in the ETJ of Fort Worth, Texas. Unique challenges for this landmark project include installation of an on-site wastewater treatment plant, improvements to the existing dam for the large pond, design of an outdoor interpretive center in the agricultural science center and coordination with the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TCEQ and the City of Mansfield, who performed the construction inspections.
