Bannister provided surveying, land planning, platting, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this well received residential infill project in southwest Arlington. One third of the project was preserved as open space and left in its natural state. Amenities include an entry plaza with a guard house and fountain, a playground, pavilion and a nature trail through the open space.
