Bannister Engineering provided services for civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and MEP design for a 1.25 acre site which included a two story, 13,000 square foot office building. The unique architecture and site topography afforded Bannister the opportunity to provide unconventional design for the MEP as well as the civil engineering.
