Bannister Engineering provided Surveying, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and MEP services for a unique and specialized urban renewal apartment complex that mixes traditional construction with recycled shipping containers to create “CoHo”. Tight site constraints and below-grade parking created unique challenges for the design team. The 0.40 acre site supports 54 apartment units and a shipping container club house with a rooftop mezzanine.
