Talus Development approached Bannister Engineering with a design concept for a new flagship prototype Kubota dealership and maintenance building for a 3rd generation Kubota dealership. Bannister teamed up with Talus and provided them with surveying, platting, site plan approval, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP design, and structural engineering. The design team faced many challenges with a new prototype building and worked meticulously with the building designer through every detail of the structural and MEP systems. The site itself presented several challenges related to topography and existing drainage that Bannister worked through to meet the clients needs for the facility.
